Matt Anderson. He's my passion. Can a person be your passion? I dunno. Oh well. Matt Anderson is a pro volleyball player, and he's the beeeest. He's a hitter, and I want to literally (as opposed to figuratively) be him. He got not one, but two bronze medals in Rio for the U.S., and he also plays for Russia. He's #1, and I'm #1 on my team. Coincidence?? I don't think so, it's definitely a sign.

He's honestly just a perfect specimen. Like, he was the youngest volleyball player ever to be in the Olympics in 2012. He was only 25, and he got two bronzes?! He's 6'10 (ugh I wish), and he reached 12'3 on vertical jump, he legit spikes straIGHT DoWN. 

Also, he gets allllll the awards. 2013 NORCECA MVP, leading U.S. scorer since 2011, and he got co-player with Paul Lotman in '08, meaning he PLAYED WITH PAUL LOTMAN WHEN HE WAS 21 - HOW ICONIC.

For this week's blog post, our assignment was to compile a playlist that essentially explains your life. Morals, milestones, memories, whatever we wanted. So, I picked some songs that represent me. For this week's blog post, I was going to make a legitimate list of things on my wish list for the holidays. But, halfway through, I realized that was going to be a really boring post to read. So, instead, I'm going to list a few things I want for other people and that I am lucky enough to have.  I think this is a much better topic for my post, because I realize that me and my friends focus a lot on the materialistic things that we don't have. This makeup product, and that t-shirt; and these jeans and that necklace. We forget how lucky we are to have things like joy, and support, and love; and some people don't have these wonderful gifts. So, without further ado, here is a list of things I wish upon others for this holiday season. 1. I want my sister to be happy - s he has some trouble with that sometimes. 2. July 4, 2017 Dear diary, Today was the second day of our canoe trip. After we got to the campsite and lugged all of our canoes onto the beach, Bender insisted that we all follow him without question. We all love Bender, everyone thinks he's the best counselor, so of course we did.  After floating with our lifejackets downstream for more than ten minutes cluelessly, Bender motioned for us to follow him onto a beach. It was obviously private property, and there was a massive party going on in the secluded cabin on this random beach. We continued after Bender farther into the woods and we found a stream. He literally made us walk upstream even further  into the woods, and we were all looking at each other like, "Is he crazy?" as we walked. And then we all stopped.  Right in front of us was the most beautiful scene. A waterfall surrounded by trees, light creeping in between the leaves and illuminating the clear water.
